SCCM Out of Band Console cannot connect
Looking at the “C:Program FilesMicrosoft Configuration ManagerAdminUIAdminUILogOOBConsole.log” shows “GetAMTPowerState fail with result: 0x80070035”.
This may be a problem if objects were not created in the AD Organizational Unit for “Out of Band Management Controllers”. If there are no objects, check to see that there are sufficient permissions given to the OU to add objects. Ensure that the Out of Band Service Point computer has permission to write on the object and all child objects hereafter.
A quick trigger of Update Provisioning Sata in Management Controller Memory in the SCCM controller will call for the objects to be created in the OU. Retry to connect through the Out of Band Management Console again. Good luck!
